Our phones are currently available for order online and shipping at Ztnsmartstore.com in Canada. They are available for Pre-order for interested dealers for the prospective markets in Cameroon, Ivory coast, Nigeria, Senegal, Ghana, and DRC… We anticipate that the Ztn Pro1 will be available in retail outlets in these countries early in March 2021. The Ztn Pro1 will be represented in other countries in the coming months.
This warranty policy applies to Ztn Pro1 smartphones sold in Canada. All our phones come with a one time 1-year manufacturer warranty that covers phone defects (except human errors). Clients have the option of returning their Ztn smartphone by Post or carry-in at dealer location. A warranty claim will be opened by filling an online request here. Ethikal Group Canada Inc will provide free repair service or replacement according to the standard policy guidelines set by the company.
The following supplements the warranty statement that accompanies your ZtnPro1 smartphone. Warranty periods and warranty services are intended as a guide only and variations may occur. The warranty period commences upon the date of purchase by the original purchaser and continues for the following 12 months period after that date.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Please note that this does not include consumables items such as batteries. The liability of Ethikal Group Canada Inc (or its appointed maintenance agent) is limited to the cost of repair and/or replacement of the product under warranty. The warranty is invalidated if the defect is caused (howsoever) by misuse, neglect, and tampering or incorrect adjustment. It is invalidated if unauthorized persons carry out any alterations and/or repairs.
Also, the warranty is invalidated in the following cases:
For the repair of a domestic product used in a commercial environment
For repair due to incorrect installation in your home
For repair to any product where the serial number has been removed
Where any ancillary equipment not furnished or recommended by Ethikal
Group Canada Inc causes problems or damage that is attached to or used in connection with the product

Overseas Product Service Policy
Any product purchased outside of Canada is equally covered by Ethikal Group Canada Inc manufacturer’s warranty for same warranty period. The product may be covered by a warranty applicable in the country of purchase. If repair service is required, they will be done at country’s accredited repair centre.
The repair service process will be as follows:
The customer will be charged a repair cost and repair time can be longer than unusual. Detailed cost and estimated repair time can be confirmed at our Authorized Service Center. All products will require verification and a determination whether it can be repaired in Canada. Ethikal Group Canada Inc and its Authorized Service Centers reserve the right to refuse to repair the product at their discretion for any reason whatsoever.

Out of warranty repair:
Ethikal Group Canada Inc has partnered with authorized service repairers with a recommended retail pricing for mobile repair parts on our smartphone devices, in the event of damage caused to the screen that is not covered by our standard limited warranty. These prices are recommended retail sale prices only.
Ethikal Group Canada Inc. authorized service partners have the right to set the retail sales prices for screen replacement and other parts used for the repair or cases where additional parts may be required as a result of screen damage.
